Hit or miss service. The older lady working drive thru is not very friendly at all. Every time I see her the only words out of her mouth is what I owe, and that is it! I then told her, "have a nice day" on my most recent trip. No response from her. She needs to take that negative attitude home!!!

I'm turned off of this locations drive-through. This location is so convenient to me bc it's always on my way to the mall, or work or whatever. The drive through was lacking especially today. I told them exactly what I wanted, and said it slow bc it is a mouthful I agree. Imagine listening to Iced Pumpkin White Chocolate Latte. That's a mouthful. I said it, they then paused for a long couple min, they didn't say anything and then just said move forward. They did not reiterate what I said, and I even repeated it. I got to the drive through. They had it wrong of course. I also had a coupon and the lady without looking at the coupon already said it's expired, nope it was not. Then she said oh you ordered a iced coffee, nope I did not. She gave me a dirty look for her error. She said oh, well pull to the side and we will make it. No, I will just take this. Well, she could have said I do apologize for the error, instead of just taking my money and my coupon, which I could have used my coupon later at a different dunkin not this one, so at this point, I am turned off by this place. I will take dunkin donuts fix to a different location. Or maybe I know just go to the inside and not the drive through.

Went in ordered 6 donuts iced coffee and sausage egg n cheese on a english muffin. Got my donuts n coffee right away. Apparently to many people making the sandwiches cuz i guess somebody deleted my order on the screen. Waited 15 mins while others after me got their shit. F-that walked out. Gonna only use this place for donuts n coffee at least they cant delete that.

Ridiculous. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, no croissant. Ordered blueberry donut, no blueberry donut. Ordered sour cream donut, no sour cream. This is a Dunkin Donuts right? Get it together please. Will never return to this location.

People that are disappointed by Dunkin Donuts need to get over themselves. It's a glorified gas station people. How can you complain about a place that sells frozen donuts and coffee made hours ago. The price point matches what you pay for. If you want awesomeness with your coffee go to Starbucks or support a local coffeehouse. Everyone gets tickled silly when a new big box store or franchise pizza place or you name it corporate food chain opens up but gadzooks when they get bad service from a minimum wage employee who have no health insurance and no serious job prospects. Try being nice to someone behind the counter maybe they will want to make it right for you then.

The drive through service here is sad just like people say but it's fast and convenient. I asked for 4 types of donuts, plain glazed, chocolate covered glazed, plain cake and chocolate iced. She repeated it back to me to confirm. When I got home I had a complete assortment with cream filled, jelly filled, maple glazed, sprinkles, you name it, I got it.

Dunkin Donuts locations can be hit or miss... and this one is a big ol' miss. The service here was abyssmal. At no point was I greeted, even when I approached the counter after waiting in line. The order I placed was simple, but came almost completely wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a biscuit. It had no bacon or ranch, the biscuit was a crumbled mess, and the chicken was heated to near mush. Bacon and ranch are in the name of the sandwich! How do you mess that up? To top it all off, the hygeine of the staff was appalling. I watched all of them touch doors, the drive-thru window, and the register area and then prepare food and drinks without changing gloves. Avoid this location like you would a rabid badger. I know I am filing a health complaint with the Department of Hotels and Restaurants.

This place is not friendly. Not sure if they have even been trained properly. I get the wrong order every time. I ordered a mocha and got frothy water. Totally unacceptable! !!

AVOID THIS LOCATION, repeat avoid this location. Go to the one by high woods preserve. The selection is poor and they always run out of croissants, bagels, and the doughnuts you want. The service is always slow, they screw up your coffee, the sandwiches are always cold and poor quality. I tried this location several times and always left dissatisfied. What a shame, how can you screw this up? Badly in need of new management.
